Will the water leak or spill onto the floor?
No. The mat uses a sealed valve system that keeps water contained inside. When your pet paws or steps on it, the water ripples inside the mat — none escapes onto the floor. It's designed for clean indoor use.
How much water does it need?
Only a small amount is needed — enough to create movement and ripples when touched. You don't fill it completely; about one-third full creates the best sensory effect and allows visible rippling.
Which size should I choose?
For cats and small dogs: the Circle 65×65cm is ideal. For larger cats and medium dogs who like space to move: the Circle 100×100cm. For dogs who pace or nose along surfaces: the Rectangle 50×69cm works best.
How durable is it? Will pets puncture it?
The mat is made from thick, puncture-resistant PVC. It's designed to withstand pawing and light biting from cats and small dogs. We recommend supervising first-time use with puppies or larger dogs who play very rough.
How do I store it between uses?
Drain the water through the valve, deflate it, and it folds flat for easy storage. Takes about 2 minutes to put away and just as long to set up again for next time.
