Does it require a SIM card or monthly plan?
Yes — a SIM card and small data plan are needed for 4G connectivity. This is what enables live tracking from anywhere, not just within Bluetooth range. The plan cost is kept as low as possible and gives you unlimited tracking.
How accurate is the GPS location?
Using assisted GPS and 4G cell triangulation, accuracy is typically within 10–30 feet outdoors. In open areas it's usually within a few metres of your pet's actual position.
What collar sizes does it fit?
The clip attachment fits standard collars from 3/4 inch to 1.5 inch width — covering most medium to large dog breeds and cats with thicker collars. It's lightweight enough that pets barely notice it.
How long does the battery last?
Up to 7 days in standard tracking mode. In live mode (updates every few seconds) expect 1–2 days. A full charge via USB takes approximately 2 hours.
Does it track activity and health too?
Yes. In addition to GPS location, SmartTrack™ monitors daily steps, activity levels, and rest time — giving you a complete picture of your pet's health alongside their location.
