All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order is processed, it will be dispatched to our fulfillment partners for shipping.

Please note that during high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Time

Estimated delivery time is 5–12 business days after dispatch, depending on your location within the United States.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship within the United States.

If you are located outside the US, please contact us before placing an order.

Shipping Fees

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 2–5 days for tracking information to update.

Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate shipping details.

If an incorrect address is provided:

  • We are not responsible for lost or undelivered packages

  • Reshipping may require an additional fee

Lost or Stolen Packages

Petrra is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.

If your package is marked delivered but not received:

  • Please contact the shipping carrier first

  • Then reach out to us for assistance

Delays

While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, Petrra is not liable for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers

  • Customs clearance

  • Weather or external disruptions

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders can only be modified or canceled within 12 hours of placement.

After this period, your order may already be in processing and cannot be changed.
